We also negotiate with the institution and monitor the progress of your application. Once we receive notification of approval/declinal from the financial institution concerned, we will advise you of the outcome before notifying the real estate agents, or any other relevant party to the contract, etc. There is no fee for our service in regard to home loan applications, however, if a fee is to apply for our services you will be advised of this at the initial interview.
